Intro to "Awaken Your Highest Frequency: A Transformational Guide to Deep Healing and Change"

Have you ever tried to change, only to find yourself back in the same pattern weeks—or even days—later? What if the blocks to change aren't in your mind, but in your energy field?

What is change, anyway? Why, in spite of our best efforts, will power and determination, is it that change seems to happen on its own schedule? What is holding us back from accessing the levels of our being, most often unconscious, that need transformation the most?

Change is more than a goal—it's a movement from one state of being to another. It is both an internal and external process that requires realignment on multiple levels—mental, emotional, energetic, and systemic. While external change can sometimes be forced, true transformation unfolds when the inner structures shift to support a new way of being.

This quote from Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, an English biologist and researcher known for his theory of Morphic Resonance suggests that everything—from biological forms to social behaviors and even thought patterns—exists within invisible energy fields that carry memory and influence. This means that change doesn’t happen in isolation; it ripples through the field, affecting everything connected to it. This idea challenges the conventional materialist view, which assumes that things (matter, biology, consciousness) emerge purely from physical interactions.

Despite our best efforts, willpower, and determination, change often occurs in its own time because it is influenced by unconscious programming, ancestral patterns, and the energetic fields we exist within. Morphic fields, as described by Dr. Sheldrake, hold patterns of behavior and experience that are deeply ingrained, sometimes originating from ancestral patterns, and that require more than mere conscious effort to shift. The process of transformation must honor the timing of our soul's readiness and the alignment of our energy.

True transformation is not solely a change in thought patterns but a profound shift in our entire being. It requires an integration of body, mind, and energy, dissolving old paradigms and creating space for new possibilities. Unlike surface-level change, which can be fleeting, deep transformation restructures the energetic and subconscious frameworks that dictate our experiences.

Dr. Rupert Sheldrake’s Morphogenetic Fields or Morphic Fields

Morphic fields are invisible energy fields that store patterns, memories, and behavior across time and space—within individuals, families, and even societies. They can be seen like Russian dolls - one within the next, within the next, within the next, and so on to infinity. Each cell of our body has its own field, which is included in the field of an organ, which is then part of our Human Energy Field, which is part of our Family System, which is part of the fields of the cities, countries, and continents we live in, all the way up to the Cosmos and beyond.

We live in these energy fields: we are surrounded and penetrated by them at all times. According to some researchers, our thoughts and emotions originate from them. Even our physical body was purportedly designed, based on a sort of blueprint provided by the first layer of the human energy field, known as the etheric body, which appears at the moment of fertilization and creation of an embryo.

These fields hold the imprint of every experience we’ve ever lived through. Think of morphic fields like an invisible cosmic recording studio. Every experience, emotion, and interaction you’ve ever had is like a sound wave imprinted onto an infinite recording track. Just as a song can be replayed over and over, these imprints continue to resonate in your energy field, subtly shaping your thoughts, behaviors, and even your destiny—until you consciously change the tune.

Although every cell of our body contains its own morphic field which interacts with the fields of every other cell, organ, and muscle in the body, the first comprehensive field that we can imagine and that some can perceive is known as the Human Energy Field, which is the field that is unique to each human individual. By working with the system or field, whether it be the individual human energy field, the family system or even the cosmos, we can modify how we interact with that field, and adjust which frequencies we choose to align with.

When our energy field becomes imbalanced, from trauma, unhealthy habits, negative thought patterns or distorted beliefs, we begin to experience symptoms of the imbalance. By the time physical symptoms appear, the imbalance has usually existed in the energy field for some time.

Change can be a long and tedious process to achieve when modifications are applied only in the physical realm,. Think about how easy it is for some of us to gain weight, without any thoughts or concerns. Then, when we want to drop the pounds, it becomes a long and drawn out process that “works” only to the extent that our programming will allow. This makes it easy to give up because we justify our lack of sticking to the program with things like “it’s my slow metabolism”, or “at my age, I can only do so much…” etc, etc.

Interestingly, when work is done in the field we see immediate results, which can produce lasting change. This is because by modifying the frequency or level of vibration in the field, we address the origin of an imbalance, thereby immediately inducing change that could otherwise take months or even years to manifest. Working at the energetic level allows us to access the root cause of the issue—where change is both immediate and sustainable.

That being said, this is not a miracle cure-all, or a quick fix. There is work to be done in order to maintain the frequency induced, that will demand repetition and structure - otherwise known as discipline.

Sometimes the trauma present in our fields has impacted our lives so profoundly that we are functioning solely in order to survive. Often we find this when a family has not been able to process a traumatic event or events, such as murder or genocide, and that trauma is then passed down for the descendants to deal with.

This is an unconscious process, of course, meaning that it would be futile to blame our ancestors for something they had no idea they were doing. That being said, when we become aware of the fact that we can have an impact on our fields by engaging with them, either through individual energy work such as Crystal Energy Therapy or Crystal Constellations, or through group work such as Family Constellations, we gain a sense of empowerment accompanied by deep compassion for the origins of the trauma and those affected by it, whether victims or perpetrators.

Crystal Energy Therapy, Family Constellations, Crystal Constellations and Astrology

The human energy field is invisible to most people, although some clairvoyants such as Dr. Barbara Ann Brennan, who wrote groundbreaking books about healing and working with energy back in the 1970’s are capable of seeing it clearly, including its components, the auric layers and the chakras. She started the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, which still exists to this day. Her work was instrumental in how I began my journey on the path of Energy Healing, and I continue to use the basic principles she laid out in her work.

I am a facilitator of morphic field shifts. My work is based on moving energy within and between energy fields. My tools are simple: listening to what the field has to say, and using crystals and healing phrases to direct the energies where they would go naturally, had they not been disturbed. Whether working with the individual Human Energy Field, the Family System or the Cosmos, the objective is the same: allow trauma to find resolution and bring about the conditions for harmony and unity. Crystal Energy Therapy: Clearing the Field for Deep Healing

This modality allows access to the Human Energy Field, using the sacred geometry of crystals to realign and purify energetic patterns.

I was extremely fortunate to be introduced to the healing powers of Crystals at a young age, and to be able to test and modify the healing technique that I learned by working with many individuals who were willing to allow me to access their energy fields. Over the years, I developed the technique into a 3-phase protocol that addresses the various components of the Human Energy Field, informs about the origins of the trauma and its resulting imbalances, and ensures the safety and protection of the client and the practitioner alike.

This modality allows me to access the Human Energy Field, whether in person or at a distance (online, via Zoom). Crystals, thanks to their near perfect structural make-up based on sacred geometry, realign the energy field, ensure that only the highest forms of energy are able to penetrate and permeate the healing aura (a function of the intention of the practitioner), and enable surgical-like precision when it comes to the removal of negative forces, or the reintegration of lost energy bodies (also referred to in the shamanic world as “soul retrieval”).

Conditions that respond well to C.E.T.:

- Mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and any condition pertaining to disembodiment, soul-loss or “possession”.

Family Constellations: Rewriting the Soul’s Script

Family Constellations is a powerful modality that enables a group of people to help an individual (the Seeker) to access his or her family system, and represent the dynamics in order to find resolution and balance in the system. The practitioner guides the representatives through a series of exchanges while the seeker witnesses the energetic shifts in their family system. The witnessing of this process by the Seeker overrides the current imprint, re-writing the script, so to speak, and recreating a new dynamic for the family.

Not only the seeker is affected by this. We often see changes happen in family relationships - a sibling who has been absent suddenly calls, or a child wants to renew ties with a parent, etc. Even the people participating in the constellation, unrelated to the seeker, will sometimes describe  changes in their own family systems as a result of the work done. Representatives of family members in the constellation often report a connection of some sort to their own family system.

It is not known how these shifts occur, and Bert Hellinger, the “Father of Family Constellations” is the first to acknowledge this. His attitude was to observe, try, see what works and follow the energy towards wholeness and harmony. Whatever process is at play, we are witness to seemingly magical events that change the course of our lives in incredibly meaningful ways.

Crystal Constellations: A Personalized Map to Inner Harmony

Crystal Constellations is the individualized version of Family Constellations that I developed, using crystals to represent the members of the family system. Working one-on-one with a client, in person or on Zoom, we set up the constellation according to the person’s perception of their family dynamics. Feeling into the energies of the constellation, I ask questions and we follow the leads that are given.

The results are very similar to Family Constellations in that the client will arrive at a solution to the issue they are dealing with. This method tends to work well for specific issues that need to be addressed. Both Family Constellations and Crystal Constellations offer the means to find answers to problems that resist resolution, whether it concerns relationships, health and well-being, finances, career, or whatever issues that are problematic for the Seeker.

Personalized Astrology: A Cosmic Blueprint for Soul Evolution

Personalized Astrology is the interpretation of your birth chart according to Hellenistic and Modern Western Astrology techniques.
