Happy New Moon in Aries, Happy April Fool's Day, Happy New Year!

Dear Friends,

I would like to thank you for reading my Astrology blog and offering your comments and support over the years. During the past few months I have found it difficult to write these blog posts in a way that I feel both benefits my readers and allows me to express my heart through the lens of astrology. Several factors are contributing, but mostly I feel myself going through some sort of metamorphosis, where my focus is changing, and I need your help.

I plan to continue writing this blog, and I would love to have your input about what you, dear readers, would be most interested in reading about! I will soon be sending out a survey on the topics that I would love to share with you. I would greatly appreciate your participation in the survey, and look forward to having your feedback. In the meantime, enjoy this short blurb on the curious custom of April Fools!

The origins of this custom are rather vague, but one theory is that when the Council of Trent in 1563 called for the Julian Calendar to be switched to the Gregorian Calendar, France made that change in 1582. Up until then, New Year's Day was celebrated on April 1st, but with the advent of the new calendar, it was moved to January 1st. From then on, those who continued to celebrate the New Year on April 1st, by ignorance or by defiance of the recent decision, were made fun of as "fools". In France, a fish (poisson d'avril - April fish) made from paper is pinned or stuck to someone's back to indicate a gullible person, like an easily caught fish.

What I find fascinating about this story is that it has a corollary in the present. When major changes take place that affect entire continents and many generations to come, the reason they happened is often forgotten, and they become integrated into the fabric of society. We are living at a unique juncture in time where major changes are being made that will affect the entire planet and all generations to come. This time, however, we do not have to be one of those fish, because we have become aware of the agenda behind the changes that are being forced upon us. Five hundred years ago, very few, outside of the ruling class, had any clue about what was happening at the upper echelons of society. And although we are still rather ignorant of all that transpires at those levels, our spidy senses have been alerted and this time we know we have a choice. We can either go along with the narrative that is being forced upon us by the the globalist elite (also known as the Khazarian Mafia), a central figure of which is the World Economic Forum's Klaus Schwab, and the world leaders who were trained by him, or we can create the society that will honor our sovereignty and respect us as human beings rather than decimate us or make us into cyborgs.

So when "the powers that be" make decisions that affect the entire planet, up until now the joke was on us, because we went along with it. But the times have changed, and the tables have turned. And we no longer need permission to live our lives the way we deem right and just. Maybe we will even decide to bring the New Year back to where it was and probably should have stayed, at the beginning of the zodiac (Aries), just after Spring Equinox. That, and abolish daylight savings time altogether so that we can be in synch with the Sun instead of always an hour ahead. What do YOU think, and how do you feel about all of this? Please send me your comments:

I look forward to being in touch again soon! In the meantime, enjoy Aries season! With gratitude,
