This last New Moon and final eclipse of this epic year 2020 is the
avant-dernière of the Grand Finale on the Winter Solstice, December 21st, when Jupiter and Saturn meet at 0º Aquarius to create a bright, shining star that will be seen far and wide. But before speaking of that momentous event, let's focus on this New Moon eclipse, as a threshold to transition through just prior to heralding in the Age of Aquarius.
On this day we see the Sun/Moon couple in close alignment with Mercury and the South Node in Sagittarius, all opposing the North Node in Gemini. These are forming a T-square to Neptune in Pisces, all in the mutable signs of change and transition. This on-going T-square aspect between Neptune and the Nodes has been testing our spiritual resolve in the areas of meaningful communication, learning from our mistakes and acquiring the wisdom necessary for the transformation we are about to experience. This last eclipse of the year carries with it the lessons of the past and a philosophical perspective that we can draw from in order to negotiate and create a future that we can live with.
Two times lines (North Node in Gemini) have been clearly established by the events leading up to this New Moon. From this level of dualistic expression, one of these is represented in the United States by a Biden presidency, the other by a second term for President Trump. In spite of what the media is saying, this election is not a done deal. Nothing could be further from certain, and Neptune squaring the Nodes speaks of an ongoing veil of illusion that has been drawn over the eyes of an unsuspecting public, conditioned to believe and trust the words of the "authorities", many of whom are either 1) bought and paid for by the highest bidder (some say that would be the CCP), 2) complicit with the agenda of a world-wide coup to take power away from the people, giving it instead to a global elite that would govern everything from the food you eat to the thoughts you think, or 3) completely out of touch with reality, isolated in their ivory towers and "going along" with the narrative in order to avoid self-inquiry at all costs. This is not limited to the United States, but it is here that the end-game is being played out and decided.
There is another way to look at these events, as an ongoing lesson for humanity to finally come to terms with its own shadow, both individually and collectively. The extreme division and divisiveness that has come to a head in the past months would have us choose between two options: good and bad, light and dark, black and white, etc. Herein lies the paradox: what appears to be evil may actually be good, and what seems good at the surface level may in fact be so nefarious that we refuse to acknowledge it, simply because we have been conditioned into it for so long. This was referred to in the Bible as the End Times, when it will be difficult for many to distinguish between what is morally just and the travesties that are right in front of our faces. How do I know what is true and what is false, in this era of "fake" everything? Am I able to distinguish between my mind and my heart, and ask myself in truth, what resonates with my heart, and what is purely mental (ego)? There are in reality only two choices: fear, and love. Any decision based on fear - fear of a virus, or of the consequences of non-conformity - is one that relinquishes our freedom to an exterior authority. When deciding something with the heart (love), we free ourselves of the constraints imposed by fear and are able to respond to the highest calling of our soul, which is Love.
Neptune and the Nodes are teaching us how to distinguish between these opposite poles. The way I see it, evil disguised as good (the propaganda machine that hides the corruption of its main players and falsely pumps fear of a virus as a driver for compliance) and good, portrayed by this same propaganda machine as evil (personified by Trump, whose personality and manners are triggering for many, but whose spoken intentions are to preserve this country and the world from mass enslavement) are battling it out, both within our individual psyches and in the world at large. "The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it." ~ George Orwell
Just prior to their emergence into Aquarius, Saturn and Jupiter occupy the critical degree of 29º Capricorn. This is considered a threshold degree, having the qualities of endings and new beginnings, much like the New Moon herself. In a sextile (60º) aspect with Venus in Scorpio, Jupiter and Saturn infuse her deep self-inquiry with their expansion (Jupiter) and contraction (Saturn), thus allowing for the birthing of a new inner being, our highest and truest SELF. Venus enters Sagittarius the day after the eclipse and 3 days after being herself eclipsed by the Moon, giving us a renewed sense of adventure and discovery, on a sacred mission towards conscious awareness of the ONE, Godhead, Source Energy or Tao, and how it expresses itself into the binary Yin and Yang, and then into the Many or 10,000 Things. When we have integrated the notion that we are all sacred parts of a whole, and that we are also that whole, just as a hologram when divided reveals not parts of a whole, but the whole itself multiplied, we can appreciate the true value of our differences, knowing that my brother is also myself in essence.
We are in the process of determining which of the timelines we, as a collective, are choosing to create for ourselves and future generations. Never has this choice been more important and crucial than NOW, heading into this last eclipse of the year, just before the Great Event leading us into the Age of Aquarius. On that fatidic day just one week from now, Mars at 23º Aries will be approaching an exact square with Pluto in Capricorn. Never before have the stakes been higher, as our choice will determine where we are headed as a species. Mars is completing his third and final square with Pluto, the first of which introduced us to this notion of evil at a very grand scale. The second one, during the two-month Mars retrograde, drew us into a deep and sometimes dark place where we were shown clearly our own demons and how they have been able to rule us unconsciously. Exact on December 23rd, this third square is our opportunity to meet those demons with courage and intent, thereby vanquishing this "evil" not only within ourselves, but also at the level of collective human consciousness, since we are but holograms of the One.
Here is a sutra from Radiance Sutras by Lorin Rushe, PhD, derived and translated from the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra that illustrates this beautifully:
Wherever you heart journeys,
On whatever expedition
In your outer life and
Secret inner realms,
Breathe in intimacy with infinity.
Where can you go to avoid
The One in Whom All Exists?
Reach down into your deepest being.
Take a stand in eternity.
Walk through this world, see every situation
As an expansion of the mystery.
Savor the tremble of recognition -
The God in you is touching the God out there.
Chiron, the Wounded Healer, in a Quintile (72º) aspect with Pluto, the Great Transformer, speaks to the healing of our sense of self (in Aries) as it relates to this massive transformation that the world is undergoing at this time. Also known as the Maverick, Chiron underscores - especially in Aries - the importance of following our unique inner guidance, particularly at a time when authoritative structures and their representatives urge us to conform to actions they claim is in the best interest of the collective. Mandatory vaccination, they clamor, is the only way to eradicate this terrible disease, while hundreds of doctors and scientists across the world warn that Covid-19 is a hoax, that mass vaccination would hurt and kill far more people than the virus has, and that there are highly effective treatments that have been suppressed, and frontline doctors who have been silenced in order to push the vaccine agenda. Why?
As we have seen previously, the ongoing T-square between Neptune and the Nodes (deception, illusion through fear-based images) coupled with Pluto in Capricorn (power at the highest levels) depicts the current situation of the governments, or factions thereof, imposing draconian measures on their populations to defeat a virus with a 99.9 % survival rate, resulting in far more damage in loss of lives (suicide) and livelihoods that has been far more detrimental than the virus itself. In comparison,
